What is your shipping policy?
We ship from Connecticut to all of the US states and offer a flat rate of $3.99 for shipping on all orders and free shipping over $49.99. Our merchandise is in stock and all orders are processed and shipped quickly, usually within 2-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package. Please allow a few days for your tracking to start working.
What if there’s a problem with my purchase?
Reach out to us ASAP, and we’ll be happy to work things out. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return your item, please contact me at krystalskorner1@gmail.com for a replacement or credit within 14 days and I'll walk you through the process. Customer is responsible for shipping fees associated with returns.
Returned items must be:
- - Unworn and in new condition
- - Smoke free smell
- - In their original packaging
What if my product is damaged?
Although we inspect each item before and package them with care, damages and defects may happen.
If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us immediately at krystalskorner1@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll have a look and let you know how we can fix it for you! We'll replace or refund any products that arrive damaged or broken. Most of the time you will not need to send back the broken or damaged item, just send us a picture with your order number so we can document the damage at krystalskorner1@gmail.com
How should I care for my jewelry?
We hope you truly love your jewelry, and we want nothing more than for them to become staples in your wardrobe! However, fashion jewelry isn't meant to be worn 24/7.
To keep your pieces sparkly and minimize signs of wear, avoid contact with liquids, perfumes, lotions and perspiration as they'll dull your pieces and cause them to wear quickly. Treat your jewels with love and care, and they'll keep sparkling for you!
What are your products made of?
Our jewelry is crafted with plated-base metals ranging from gold and silver plating, to stainless steel and .925 sterling silver. All our products meet jewelry standards (lead and nickel free) and are safe to wear. We aim to carry stylish and quality pieces that everyone can enjoy.

What if my product is Lost or Stolen after it is shipped?
We are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen after we transfer them to the carrier. If this happens to you, please let us know and we will help you take the appropriate steps with the carrier and/or local law enforcement.
